Return Policy

Do you wish to return the product for whatever reason? You have the right to return it within 14 days from the purchase date.

Please, fill up the return form and send it to us to support@parnasa.ch
We will send you a confirmation by email with the instruction to return the product.
 
The return of the products is at your own cost .

In the following cases you cannot return the goods:

the product is damaged
the product does not have the original box
all or a part pf the accessories is missing
clear evidence that it has been used
